As a developer and provider of lighting solutions with replaceable light sources, we are industry pioneers.

The manufacturing industry was one of the first to discover the benefits of lighting solutions with replaceable light sources, i.e. the ease of maintenance and capability to function even in the most challenging conditions. Today, the industry is one our largest customer segments. In addition to industrial facilities, solutions with replaceable light sources are a good fit for warehouses, logistics centres and retail stores as well as sports and parking facilities, where the ceiling height often presents a challenge for installation.

Postnordin toimipiste Rosersbergissä Ruotsissa

PostNord Rosersberg (Sweden)

At Postnord's facility in Rosersberg, Stockholm, the whole area of 50,000 m2 is illuminated with Valtavalo solutions. The goal was to have a maintenance-free and flexible solution with replaceable light source, where the lighting can be adjusted over time, without having to replace entire luminaires.

Measurements were made before and after the lighting renovation, and they showed 60% energy savings and 25% higher lighting intensity compared to the old lighting.

Electronic ballasts in old lighting caused significant maintenance costs and increased the risk of fire. Solution of replaceable light sources is easy and inexpensive to maintain, and a long service life of the light sources extends the service interval further.

Lappi Central Hospital (Finland)

The lighting renovation brought with it even lower energy consumption than expected, which means the payback period is shorter and the amount of savings larger than expected as well. The amount of light in the facility also increased.
