Valtavalo was established in 2008 to serve as a developer, manufacturer and supplier of energy-efficient lighting solutions in Finland and abroad. Today, Valtavalo provides high-quality lighting solutions with replaceable light sources. The key features of the solutions include energy efficiency, easy maintenance, versatility, long service life, and through these, a low total cost of ownership.

Our Policy

Our concept is based on a standardised (EN62776) replaceable light source, a LED tube, that can be installed to an existing fluorescent luminaire (retrofitting) or to a completely new luminaire designed for LED tubes.

We manufacture the light sources at our factory in Kajaani, Finland. All our products go through multiple phases of testing in the product development and production stages to ensure that Valtavalo keeps its promises of cost savings. This also ensures that the products comply with all current regulations and are safe to use.

In addition to our business-to-business sales, we serve our customers via wholesalers and retailers all around Finland and Sweden, and in different parts of Europe.
